We are looking for sponsors to help with weekly meals for Sunday and Tuesday dinners. Dinners cost on average $6 per person x 15 people = $90 per dinner.
We charge participants a program fee of $125 per week which covers housing, rides to/from work, court, probation appointments, doctors visits, counseling, church events, and all other activities.
When a participant begins the program, it takes about 3-4 week for him to acquire an ID, SS Card, and employment, in order to provide their weekly program fees, leaving and average cost of $375.
On a good week, we have an average of 11 men paying rent at $125/ea (total = $1,375), leaving us $550 short on budget (total = $28,860/yr).
We spend an average of $155/wk on fuel (total = $675/mo, $8,060/yr).
